A week ago, on the 1st of June. A new Vivo phone named “Vivo V2024A” was spotted on Geekbench. According to some reports, the phone is the Vivo’s upcoming “IQOO 3 Pro”.
According to Geekbench, the phone is powered by the latest flagship “Snapdragon 865 5G” chipset. It is not mentioned that the chipset is SD865, but the motherboard “Kona” shows that it is, as the motherboard Kona has usually been equipped with SD865 in the past. Moreover, the processor is of 8-cores clocked at 1.8 GHz of a base frequency.
The Vivo V2024A is equipped with 8GB of RAM and runs the latest Android 10 OS. The phone has scored 912 points on a single-core and 3291 points on a multi-core performance test (GeekBench 5.1.1.).
The phone seems to be an upcoming flagship of the Vivo iQOO series. As iQOO devices always appear with Vivo’s name on Geekbench, According to some reports, this phone is the Pro version of the previously launched flagship device “iQOO 3” from Vivo. It is also reported that the phone may use a 90Hz refresh rate display.
With the specifications mentioned, it is confirmed that this phone is going to be a flagship phone from Vivo. According to last year, Vivo also launched a pro version of Vivo iQOO in August. And it seems like Vivo is going to do the same this year.
