The Vivo S7 was in leaks for a long time. The phone has been leaked several times online. It has also visited many certification sites.
The Vivo S7 has been officially confirmed by the company. This morning, Vivo posted an official teaser of the phone. The teaser reveals nothing much about the phone, but it does reveal that it will feature a curved display and be available in an exclusive new purple color.
In the end, the launch date of the phone is also mentioned, which is 3 August.

Previously, it was reported that the phone might feature the latest Snapdragon 765 5G chipset, which is based on the 7nm process. The phone would feature a rectangle camera bump on the back, and the back cover will be a gradient color.
Some sources claimed the phone would feature a professional dual front camera module (44MP+8MP). The primary camera sensor would be Samsung’s ISOCELL GH1 43.7MP Sensor, while the second will be an ultra-wide sensor. The phone will weigh around 170g and may feature the same display as the Oppo Reno4 with the same in-display fingerprint scanner.
On the back, there will be a triple camera module (64MP+8MP+13MP). The main sensor is Samsung’s GW1 sensor, while the second is the same 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The last sensor is a telephoto lens, which is also from Samsung. The phone will be available in two variants: 8+128GB for $425 and 8+256GB for $470.
