Today, Vivo announced the appearance of the Vivo S9. It has two color schemes, which continues the classic design of the Vivo S series.
The back of the vivo S9 series has a rectangular camera layout and contains three cameras. It has a straight bezel design and is known as a slim selfie phone. The vivo S9 has 44MP selfie lenses.
Previously, a new vivo V2072A device appeared on TENAA. It was referred to as the vivo S9. Its body measurement was 158.39×73.87×7.35mm, and its weight was expected not to exceed 200g.
The news broke that the phone uses a 6.44-inch 90Hz AMOLED screen and will be equipped with the Dimensity 1100 SoC. This is a high-end SoC launched by MediaTek last month, based on TSMC’s 6nm process.
The Dimensity 1100 consists of four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.6GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The GPU integrates G77 MC9.
The vivo S9 has a 3905mAh battery and supports 33W wired fast charging. It has 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple cameras on the back, and the front is 44MP + 8MP wide-angle dual cameras.
The Vivo S9 will be officially released on March 3.
