Recently, Vivo has confirmed the launch of its most awaited watch series. Moreover, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station has revealed the live images of Vivo’s upcoming smartwatches. According to him, the new Watch series from Vivo will be available in two sizes, 42mm and 46mm.
The blogger also mentioned that both the watches would feature a Super AMOLED display with a round dial. The body of the watch will be made of stainless steel, while the straps of the watch will be made of Nappa Leather.
Both watches will support the following features:
- Support 5ATM Waterproof (Up to 50m)
- Calorie Detection
- Independent Music Playback
- Continuous Heart Rate & Blood Oxygen Detection
- Jovi Voice
- Multi-Function NFC
- Mobile payment
According to the blogger, the battery life of both watches will be up to 18 days. Moreover, it seems that both watches may not support the Android Wear OS. They may feature another OS like Samsung’s Watch series, but still, it would be able to be paired with Android smartphones.
According to our previous reports, the 42mm watch model seems to be the previously leaked Vivo watch with model number WA2052, while the 46mm watch model appears to be the WA2056 watch. The leaked certification showed that they would support only 5W charging.
The expected price for the watch is around $150. The new Vivo watch series will be a great competition for other smartwatch manufacturers like Samsung, Oppo, and Realme.
The new watch series is set to be launched officially on September 22 in an online event.
