As we all know, Vivo is currently working on its upcoming foldable devices, including the Vivo X Fold2 and Vivo X Flip, which have appeared on many certification sites.
This morning, the famous blogger Digital Chat Station revealed the specifications of the upcoming Vivo X Fold2. According to the blogger, the new Vivo foldable phone will feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, one of the best Android smartphone SoCs in the industry.
The blogger further mentioned that the device would have a dual ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, meaning that the outer and inner displays will feature an in-display scanner. The phone will feature a 4800mAh battery and support 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
The phone will have a 50MP Sony IMX866 lens and the Vivo V2 ISP chip. He also mentioned that the device would be lighter than its predecessor. It is worth noting that Vivo X Fold and X Fold+ weigh around 311g.
Previously, the Vivo X Fold2 surfaced on the AnTuTu benchmark, revealing its benchmark scores and some basic specifications. However, there are also rumors that the internal and external displays will support a 120Hz refresh rate and the internal display will feature a 2K+ resolution.
