Vivo X70 series got 3C certification with 44W charging

A few weeks ago, it was reported that Vivo had started working on a successor to its main flagship lineup. A few of the specifications were also revealed. Today, we’ve got some major news confirming that the official launch of the Vivo X70 series is much closer than expected.

This morning, two new Vivo models were certified by China’s famous 3C certification website. The model numbers are V2130A and V2134A. According to previous records, both models belong to Vivo’s upcoming X70 series.

Based on numbering, we can conclude that the V2130A belongs to the X70 while the V2134A belongs to the X70 Pro. As mentioned in the certification, both devices have Vivo’s 44W charger (V4440L0A1-CN).

The same charger has already been used in different Vivo smartphones. It supports charging in the following modes: 10W (5V/2A), 18W (9V/2A), and 44W (11V/4A).

As we reported earlier, the vivo X70 series will feature a display with the same specs as the vivo X60 series. It will feature a single punch display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Full HD+ resolution.

Furthermore, the Vivo X70 processor will use the same architecture as the previous generation. The camera will use a 5-axis anti-shake micro-head and a 1/1.5-inch aperture sensor. In addition to 44W charging, a slightly upgraded battery of around 4500mAh is also expected to be featured on both models.

We expect the new Vivo X70 series to be launched earlier, this time (around Sep-Oct).
