Today, a new smartphone from Vivo has been listed on the Chinese Telecom site. The smartphone has a model number V2054A and would be named Vivo Y31s, as per the site. The site also reveals the specifications of this smartphone.
As per specs, the all-new Vivo Y31s seems to be a new entry-level device from Vivo. It is mentioned that the Vivo Y31s uses a 6.58-inch V-shaped notched display. The display packs Full-HD+ resolution (2408×1080). It is not mentioned whether the display is OLED or LCD.
The phone’s dimensions are about 164.15×75.35×8.40mm, and it weighs around 185.5g. The phone’s sides and back are made up of plastic. Inside the phone, a Qualcomm chipset with model number SM4350 has been used. The chipset is called Snapdragon 690 5G.
The phone uses a Dual Camera Setup (13MP+2MP) on the back, while the camera module’s shape is like the Vivo S7. On the front side, there would be a single 8MP camera in the notch. The device is also equipped with a side fingerprint scanner (in the power button).
Inside the phone, a 4910mAh battery has been equipped, which can be charged at 18W maximum. The Vivo Y31s would come with the charger having a model number V1820B-CN. It supports charging in the following modes: 18W (9V/2A) and 10W (5V/2A).
The Vivo Y31s 5G is also equipped with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone Jack. It runs on Android 11, so there is a high possibility that it may also come with Origin OS as well.
The phone would be available in only one storage variant (6GB+128GB), priced at 1798 Yuan ($275). It would be launched in three color variations: Ruby Red, Titanium Gray, and Monet color.
The all-new Vivo Y31s is set to be launched on December 31.
