Today, ZTE announced that it will launch the ZTE A20 5G on September 1st. The phone is the world’s first under-screen camera phone. The company announced this on its official Weibo account.
The official poster shows that the ZTE A20 5G has a Full-View display with no holes. Its screen frame also seems to be much narrower.
Previously, all the specifications of the phone have been revealed on TENAA, which states that the phone will feature a Full-HD+ (2460x1080p) OLED panel with an under-screen camera solution from Visionox. The phone has dimensions of about 172.1×77.9×7.9mm and weighs 198g. Inside the phone, the chipset is still unknown, but it is confirmed that it will not feature a flagship chipset.
On the back, it will feature a quad-camera module (64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) in a rectangle-shaped bump. On the front, there will be a 32MP under-display camera. The phone will have a 4120mAh battery.
The phone will be available in 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage variants with only two color options: Dazzling White and Cold Flame Blue.
