It is reported that ZTE is now planning to launch the new ZTE Axon series. Today, the President of ZTE’s terminal business unit and the President of Nubia (Nei Fei) have officially confirmed that the ZTE Axon 30 Pro is on its way.
As mentioned by the President, the ZTE Axon 30 Pro is equipped with the world’s most vital camera system a smartphone has ever had.
The officials didn’t reveal the smartphone’s appearance. In the official poster, there is just a shape; maybe the Axon 30 Pro features an edge display. The officials have revealed no confirmed date, but it is expected in the middle of February.
ZTE launched its Axon 20 Pro in September 2020. The phone’s main highlight is its world-first in-display front camera. However, the solution was not the best, as the camera area was still visible due to some color differences.
As the president also mentioned, ZTE is expected to improve the in-display camera solution. The previous-generation phone was also equipped with Snapdragon 765G, which is currently Qualcomm’s best mid-range chipset.
For now, the existence of the phone is confirmed. The launch date will be announced by the officials soon.
